Mission
The Therapy Collective is an inclusive boutique mental health practice that provides a safe and supportive environment where you can talk openly with a trained therapist who is objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental. We help our clients deal with emotional pain, achieve personal goals, improve relationships, gain new perspectives and coping tools, and ultimately grow.
Our compassionate team of therapists is dedicated to making you feel truly seen through personalised, high quality and ethical care grounded in evidence-based approaches that lead to meaningful and lasting change. We specialise in psychodynamic, cognitive, dialectical, systemic and mindfulness-based therapies that provide the opportunity for deeper exploratory self and relational work as well as teaching our clients practical tools for leading a more fulfilled life.
Our warm and nurturing practice in the CBD offers you a space to disconnect, find calm and connection amidst the daily pressures of life.
